HVAC Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Pennsylvania Medicine. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.

The HVAC Technician will perform a wide range of duties, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our HVAC systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC issues in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as filter cleaning and lubrication
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

• 8 years of experience in HVAC/R or equivalent
• Siemen Building Automation Experience preferred
• High School graduate or 4-year apprenticeship required
