  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage costs, budgeting, and project control systems
    • Identify and implement best practices for project control tools and procedures
    • Collaborate with Senior Program Controls Specialists and Managers to support decision-making
    • Provide detailed analysis and validation of data for accuracy
    • Suggest changes to improve organizational effectiveness
    • Organize data and develop reports for management and stakeholders
    • Create new processes related to budgets, estimates, and schedules
    • Support documentation of program control processes, policies, and procedures
    • Assist with internal and external audits
    • Troubleshoot issues related to budgets, scope, schedules, and funding
  • Requirements:
    • 6 years of experience in project controls, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and reporting
    • 3 years of experience as a Program or Project Controls Specialist, especially in government agencies or on infrastructure projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, or Business Administration
    • Experience can compensate for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis
