Exterior Enthusiast

We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Exterior Enthusiasts - Window Installation Specialists. In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming homes with new windows and doors, improving functionality, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient demolition and completion of installation projects.
• Perform thorough walkthroughs with customers before and after each project.
• Prepare windows, doors, and existing openings for installation.
• Deliver high-quality exterior and interior finish work on all products.
• Collaborate closely with Lead Installers on each job site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction, a trade, or window installation.
• Familiarity with metal brakes and power tools is required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• A track record of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
