CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
  • Maintaining a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report is essential;
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test;
  • ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory at the time of hire;
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures is required.
WORK SCHEDULE:

Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to ensure quality service while supporting business growth with integrity and profitability.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by a Sales Counter Associate to successfully perform essential job functions. While performing the duties of this position, the Sales Counter Associate is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and communicate verbally. The role may also require operating a motor vehicle. Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds is necessary, with occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment may include exposure to various conditions, including wet or humid areas, moving mechanical parts, outside weather, and moderate noise levels.
