Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick. As a key member of our Cardiac Interventional Radiology team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including interventional body and neuro procedures, endovascular interventions, abdominal and pelvic interventions, and genitourinary interventions.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including sterile procedure and equipment setup, closure devices, EKOS, and GE and Phillips Angio Suites.
  • Chart patient information using EPIC: Radiant and Q-site charting systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including working 2 of 3 holidays and denoting all RTO on submission.
Requirements
  • NJ License Required
  • BLS and ARRT required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment

This is a travel position, and you will be working in our Cardiac Interventional Radiology unit. You will be required to work every other weekend and holiday, as applicable, and may be required to work on-call shifts.
