Cupcake Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cupcake Ambassador at Jillys Cupcake Bar & Cafe.

Our Gourmet Cupcake Bar & Cafe has been featured on national media, including FoodNetwork and Cosmopolitan, for our award-winning cupcakes. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience that leaves our guests feeling happy and satisfied.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to engage with customers, upsell, and provide excellent customer service. As a Cupcake Ambassador, you will be responsible for packaging cupcakes, cakes, and treats, explaining our offerings, learning the register, cleaning up around the area, and delivering food to guests' tables.

• Boxing and preparing cupcakes, cakes, and other treats for customers
• Providing clear explanations of our products and services to customers
• Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces throughout the cafe
• Delivering food to guests' tables and bussing tables
• Interacting with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner

• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary, approximately $600-$800 per week for full-time positions, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base pay, you can also expect to earn tips and bonuses based on your performance and sales.
