Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members and supervise their work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:

Requirements include a graduate degree in nursing from an approved school and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is also required. One to three years of experience as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
