We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Assistant Professors of Scenic Design. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire students while contributing to the growth and development of our programs.

About the Role

This is a nine-month, tenure-track position with a teaching load of three courses per semester. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scenic elements for two mainstage productions per year, teaching scenic design, properties design, and scenic painting courses, and mentoring student designers and workers in properties and paints.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold an MFA in Scenic Design or Theatre Production from an accredited institution and possess significant professional experience in the field. A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
