Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Specialist - Rehabilitation Support to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation support program, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate and personalized care to each resident. Your duties will include providing assistance with daily living activities, managing medication regimens, and facilitating communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
