Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Aequor Technologies. As an SLP, you will work with elementary students in a school setting, providing individualized support and therapy sessions to help them achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and measure progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and communication.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and provide recommendations for continued support at home.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
  • New Jersey State Board Certification as a Speech-Language Specialist (NJ SLP/NJ DOE Cert).
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
