Job Summary

Catholic Health Service is seeking a part-time Dietary Assistant to join our team. As a Dietary Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of patient diet information and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutrition care.

Responsibilities
  • Enter daily menu selections into the computer system via the Call Center
  • Print daily reports as assigned
  • Prepare meal tickets for the tray line
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • AAS Degree meeting the educational standards established by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) preferred
  • Basic computer skills required, knowledge of CBORD (diet order management system) strongly preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Foodservice Ambassador/Dietary Aide experience preferred
  • Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition supplements
  • Experience working in a call center strongly preferred
