We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team at South Shore Health. As a key member of our internal medicine department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Develop, discuss, and communicate a prioritized problem and plan of care for each patient.
  • Assess, plan, and implement care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts, research, and evaluation processes related to patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Previous ambulatory care RN experience preferred.
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
Work Schedule

Monday/Tuesday: 9:30am-6pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 10am-6:30pm
Friday: 9:30am-5pm
One weekend shift per month, one holiday per year, two flu clinics each fall.
