Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. We are committed to ensuring that our caregivers receive the same level of compassion and support that we provide to our residents.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Hold an active, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians, following the care plan for each resident and adhering to your scope of practice.
- Diligently report and document residents' conditions and care, noting any signs or symptoms that may indicate changes in health status.
- Execute all responsibilities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
