Valid Driver's License
Experience in Landscaping or Golf Course Maintenance
Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks.
Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Provide outstanding customer service to guests and owners, making them feel valued and welcomed.
Familiarity with general maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Willingness to offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate respect and consideration for golfers.
Utilize equipment safely and responsibly.
Collaborate amicably with fellow staff members.
Monitor equipment condition and report any issues promptly.
Assist the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent with additional tasks as required.
Maintain focus and work independently when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer service for guests and owners.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
Engage positively with team members and contribute to group discussions.
Conduct litter patrols and maintain cleanliness of designated areas.
Operate mechanical and motorized tools as needed.
Manage automatic irrigation systems effectively.
Adapt to various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
Complete other duties as assigned.
