Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and administering quality occupational therapy services to our pediatric patients. This will include providing written evaluations defining occupational therapy needs, goals, and expected outcomes in conjunction with the referring physician's Plan of Treatment.

  • Provide occupational therapy services as prescribed by the physician
  • Follow policies and procedures and conform to all applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations, and state laws
  • Participate in coordination of services, including discharge planning, with the healthcare team, physicians, parents/guardians, nurses, and other relevant parties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program
  • Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current and unrestricted license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
