Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security breaches.
  • Conduct security evaluations and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify the identity of visitors and employees, and perform searches on persons and property as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Relevant certifications, such as a security management certification, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in law enforcement, military, or other security-related fields.
  • Specialized training or certifications in areas such as emergency response, crisis management, or security operations.
