Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Lombard, Illinois.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography procedures using General Electric Revolution, Lightspeed, Brightspeed, and HD750 Computerized Tomography Systems.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of inpatients and outpatients to ensure efficient utilization of CT equipment and personnel.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Tests on CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and equipment performance.
  • Obtain patient history and other relevant clinical information; document all patient information on appropriate forms in preparation for review and dictation by a radiologist.
  • Starts IVs using appropriate technique, prepares and administers contrast material, and monitors patient condition during the CT procedure.
Requirements
  • 12-24 months experience in radiology.
  • Graduate of Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT Registry (RT).
  • IDNS License.
  • CPR.
  • IV Certification within 3 months of date of hire.
