Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Lombard, Illinois.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Perform computed tomography procedures using General Electric Revolution, Lightspeed, Brightspeed, and HD750 Computerized Tomography Systems.
- Coordinate the scheduling of inpatients and outpatients to ensure efficient utilization of CT equipment and personnel.
- Perform Quality Assurance Tests on CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and equipment performance.
- Obtain patient history and other relevant clinical information; document all patient information on appropriate forms in preparation for review and dictation by a radiologist.
- Starts IVs using appropriate technique, prepares and administers contrast material, and monitors patient condition during the CT procedure.
- 12-24 months experience in radiology.
- Graduate of Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT Registry (RT).
- IDNS License.
- CPR.
- IV Certification within 3 months of date of hire.
