As a primary care physician at One Medical, you will play a critical role in our team-based practice model, working closely with medical directors to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to ongoing practice innovation.

Our state-of-the-art practice setting is designed to foster collaboration and teamwork, and our leadership values your input and understands the importance of work-life balance.
- You will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, partnering with the care team to engage geriatric patients in care and drive behavior change.
- You will utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Arizona.
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
Estimated Salary: $**$225,000/year**, including benefits such as paid sabbatical, employee assistance program, competitive medical plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development. This role is based at our Pusch View clinic (10515 N Oracle Rd Suite 185) in Oro Valley, AZ. Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
