**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee the preparation and display of baked goods and deli foods to meet company standards
• Supervise and train bakery and deli personnel to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products
• Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize product offerings and minimize waste
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
• Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering processes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of related experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of bakery and deli operations, including inventory management and scheduling software
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler certification and Manager Food Safety certification required
