Job Title: Electrical Engineer I

Elcora Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer I to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer I, you will play a crucial role in supporting engineering projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing electrical solutions for distribution, substation, and other utility-related projects.
  • Conduct fieldwork, site assessments, and project evaluations as part of a team.
  • Support senior engineers in data analysis, project planning, and documentation.
  • Collaborate on quality assurance processes to ensure project accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Participate in walkdowns, equipment verifications, and system troubleshooting.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project proposals and final deliverables.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum GPA: Cumulative 3.0.
  • Familiarity with electrical software and tools relevant to your discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
