We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Haywire Memorial City, LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient dish area and back of house environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the dish area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean kitchen environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of steward or dishwasher experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand chemical uses and labels
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Proper use of knives and other equipment required for tasks
• Current Food Handler's Certification and adherence to state, city, and company regulations
