About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to students with varying medical needs in a school/daycare setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to students with complex medical needs, including G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and seizure monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and report any changes in student condition to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility LPN contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
