We are seeking a skilled Meat Trimmer to join our team at Sysco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for converting raw materials and components into finished goods.

• Operate a wide variety of machines to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
• Perform quality checks of items/weights to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Process orders through the Cyrovac machine and ensure accuracy
• Pack and palletize finished goods

• Safely operate machines for intended purposes
• Basic troubleshooting of machinery
• Ability to keep up with line speed of machinery
• Ability to lift at times and meet yields, volume (lbs. per hour) and quality standards
