Salary
The highly competitive compensation plan includes a base salary of $400,000 per year, with a variable component based on WRVUs. Additionally, the package offers a full benefit suite, including relocation allowance, vacation time, CME allowance, 403(b) plan, life, health, dental, and vision insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and professional liability coverage with tail.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled vascular surgeon to grow and develop a premier vascular surgery service as part of our strategic growth plan. The successful candidate will work closely with our interventional radiology department, cardiovascular lab, and emergency department to provide exceptional patient care. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including two fully equipped cath labs, an EP lab, and two interventional radiology labs, one equipped with a Bi-plane system, will support your success. A hybrid room is currently under construction, and we are committed to providing a technologically advanced environment that fosters innovation and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:
Completed fellowship training in vascular surgery at an approved training center;
Board certification or eligibility in vascular surgery;
Excellent outcomes track record;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
