Position Summary

The Valet Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the secure and efficient handling of guest vehicles while providing outstanding service that surpasses both customer and client expectations. This role includes prompt responses to guest requests, fostering positive interactions, leading the valet team, and offering support to the Guest Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests through consistent and high-quality service.
  • Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude upon their arrival and departure.
  • Ensure valet attendants deliver top-notch customer service at all times.
  • Exemplify strong leadership and set a positive example to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee and manage the flow of traffic in the valet staging area efficiently.
  • Supervise valet operations and address any issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
  • Safely retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas.
  • Adhere to the appearance standards established by Evolution Parking & Guest Services, including wearing a complete and pressed uniform.
  • Follow attendance guidelines as outlined by Evolution Parking & Guest Services, which may vary based on location needs.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures detailed in the Evolution Parking & Guest Services Handbook.
  • Observe site-specific safety and security protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including all areas around the ramp, valet desk, and parking zones.
  • Ensure all vehicle keys are securely stored in the key box.
  • Engage in professional development programs such as Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • Associate's Degree, High School Diploma, or GED required, or relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in valet parking services.
  • Valid US Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
  • Background in customer service.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in technology and software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
