Job Summary:
Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and comfort to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred
