About the Role

As a Medical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, performing evaluations and treatments. The role requires working with electronic medical records (EMR) software for documentation and involves completing an initial orientation period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to 10-12 patients during an 8-hour day
  • Perform evaluations and treatments as needed
  • Work with EMR software for documentation purposes
  • Complete an initial orientation period, which may involve unbillable hours
Location and Schedule

This position is located in Worcester, MA, and requires flexibility in tasks to meet guaranteed hours based on patient census and clinic needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is up to $71,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
