Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a qualified Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, but also purposefully flexible.
- Develop activities that cater to students' interests and needs, while ensuring instructional decisions are based on student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to build relationships and ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Comply with all company and state-specific standards, maintaining validation of required credentials for the position.
- Meet the educational requirements, which include having 12 Units in Early Childhood Education, a High School Diploma or GED, and some experience with children.
