Grill Cook

The Grill Cook is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality hot appetizers and entrees to our guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and cook hot appetizers and entrees to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Read and execute tickets processed through the POS system, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of orders.
• Rotate products according to the FIFO principle, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Cover, label, and store prepared products, maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, adhering to local health ordinances and company policies.
• Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including operating the dish machine and preparing salads and raw products.
