Job Summary:

As a Bartender at P.F. Chang's, you will be a core team member of our scratch kitchen restaurant, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be expected to demonstrate customer service expertise, anticipate, and exceed guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve P.F. Chang's signature cocktails, including garnishes, to exacting standards.
  • Operate and maintain bar equipment, assist with inventory management, and restock beverages as needed.
  • Understand restaurant seating layouts, table divisions, and food delivery procedures.
  • Collaborate with other hospitality service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Learn and execute table setting and clearing procedures according to P.F. Chang's specifications.
  • Adhere to company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.

Requirements:

  • Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
  • Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
  • Hold a current Food Handler's Card or be able to obtain one, where applicable.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
