Fairfield Philadelphia-Broomall is seeking a friendly individual with open availability to support the housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all hotel standards of service and hospitality.
Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short-staffed or during peak periods.
Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests.
Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, and surrounding area.
Requirements:
Previous hotel experience is preferred.
Previous customer service experience required.
Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
High School diploma preferred.
Understand and communicate in English.
Work Environment and Context:
Work schedule varies and includes working on holidays, weekends.
Required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds.
