Job Description:

Overview:

  • We offer an all-in revenue choice lease program, allowing you to select loads with a fixed rate, eliminating the need to calculate fuel or accessorials.
  • As an owner-operator, you'll have the freedom to self-dispatch, choosing your loads, home time, lanes, and revenue.
  • Haul tanker trailers at no charge while operating under Schneider's authority.
  • Enjoy hands-on loading and unloading of freight.
  • Take advantage of a limited-time lease-on incentive of $6,000.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Have both a Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement.
  • Obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) within 90 days of lease start.
  • Meet the following tractor requirements:
    • Truck(s) must be 2010 or newer.
    • Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.
    • Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.
    • Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.
    • Truck(s) need to have a power take-off (PTO).
  • Additional qualifications apply.

Lease-on incentive is not available to Schneider company drivers transferring to owner-operator requisitions.
