We are seeking a full-time Footwear Specialist to join our team at Stan's, a family-owned and operated shoe store in Milwaukee since 1950. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers find the perfect fit.

Compensation: This retail position earns a competitive base pay or commission (whichever is greater) with great earning potential. Our sales associates typically make $18+ per hour, with top earners averaging more than $22 per hour.

About the Job:

As a Fit Specialist / Sales Associate, your primary goal is to make every customer feel valued and ensure they leave the store satisfied with their purchase. You will communicate with customers in a positive, engaging, and authentic manner, develop relationships, and build loyalty. With a personalized approach, you will measure feet, suggest footwear styles, and help customers try on different shoes until they find the perfect pair.

Requirements:

• Able to use a point-of-sale system
• Outgoing personality

Experience in sales, retail, or customer service would be beneficial. If you love meeting new people, establishing good rapport, and working as part of a team, you might be the ideal candidate for this footwear position.

Work Schedule:

This retail position typically works a mix of day and evening shifts, 40 hours per week. Our stores are closed on all major holidays.
