Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing plans, managing digital marketing teams, and overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage and lead digital marketing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and search engine marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to inform data-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on leadership and strategy
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing plans that drive business growth and engagement
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
