Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production of Inner Ring and Press Table at our Metco Steel Plant. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of a team of production employees
  • Implement process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Hold themselves and team members accountable to health and safety regulations/procedures
  • Perform production tasks for all operations with the ability to set-up and perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Steel fabrication experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Computer Based Programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
