Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design, and construction administration.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and Outlook.
• Technical experience in building envelope, with a strong understanding of moisture intrusion, evaluations, and renovation designs.
• Registration path required, with an EIT or Professional Engineer's (P.E.) license preferred.
