We are seeking a skilled Club Runner to join our team at Intuit Dome.

About the Role

This position involves delivering food to restaurant and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver food to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety while handling food and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve company service standards
  • Complete assigned tasks and duties as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • The ability to adapt to new technology and programs
  • Service-oriented attitude and willingness to help patrons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory and transaction records
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales role
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment and basic computer knowledge
