Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex wound needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound care education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on wound care and management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance wound care outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum experience in wound care or a related field.
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a maximum RTO of 7 days. The unit operates on a 5x8-hour day shift with no call. Scrubs are black, and overtime is paid at a rate of 1.5 times the regular rate.
