Product Ambassador

Riverton Elko Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

• Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle features, technologies, and packages to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Vehicle Preparation: Prepare and present demo vehicles to showcase their capabilities and features, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for customers.
• Communication: Effectively communicate product benefits, features, and options to customers, building trust and rapport throughout the sales process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure pricing tiers and technology options are accurately represented to customers.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads by managing incoming inquiries and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations, ensuring customers are informed and prepared for their visit.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare vehicles and documents in anticipation of scheduled appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Enthusiasm and Energy: Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday, maintaining a positive and engaging attitude.
• Team Player: Be prepared to learn from senior sales managers and grow within the company, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges.
