Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospice setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing individualized care plans, coordinating with colleagues to assess and implement patient care, and administering medications and monitoring patient responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervisor
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice setting is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification
