We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Java Developer

to join our dynamic team in Akron, OH.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions.

You will be responsible for developing robust, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
Lead technical architecture and design discussions.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Optimize and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher).
Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker;

Kubernetes experience is a plus .

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
