Lead Principal Radiologic Technologist

You will play a critical role in providing essential support that enables healing to occur. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Principal Radiologic Technologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images following prescribed protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct procedures on patients across all age groups, ensuring timely completion of studies with adherence to quality standards.
  • Educate patients, assist in sterile technique procedures, and uphold patient confidentiality throughout the examination process.
  • Proficiency in enhanced fluoroscopic duties in areas such as GI and GU arenas, Angiography, or Pediatric Diagnostics is an essential aspect of this position.

Requirements:

  • ARRT certification – required
  • CRT license – required
  • Fluoroscopic permit – required
  • BCLS certificate from American Heart Association or American Red Cross– required
  • At least 5 years experience in diagnostic radiology – required
  • JCERT approved Radiologic Technologist Program graduate – strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to advancement and changing technology
  • Ability to support a group of technologists and triage the points of services; ensuring they are organized, effectively supported and efficient workflow is maintained with minimal delays
  • Ability to lead, mentor and train technologists, providing guidance on Fluoroscopy procedures and protocols while acting as the primary liaison between the general diagnostic section and other diagnostic sites
  • Ability to show attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills effectively and diplomatically with patients, visitors, hospital staff, physicians, and other outside offices both in person and over the phone

Salary Range: $73.81 Hourly
