Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies, applying this expertise to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing, with a focus on Orthopedic and Neurological care.
- Certification in a relevant specialty, such as Orthopedic or Neurological nursing.
