Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals for roles in our production and cooler departments. Responsibilities may include operating machinery for filling and packaging, as well as managing dairy products in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks and additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Work effectively in a cold environment, managing noise and uneven surfaces.
  • Follow instructions provided in various formats, including written and verbal.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during equipment operation.
  • Recognize the significance of safety, teamwork, communication, and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and distinguish colors and distances.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and climbing.

Qualifications:

  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and physical/drug screening.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to meet attendance and scheduling policies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing is advantageous but not mandatory.
