About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Teacher to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy. As a key member of our academic team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students, including those with emotional disturbances, attention issues, or mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive educational program.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • NH DOE certification/teaching license.
  • Two or more years of experience in instruction in the field of general education and/or special education.
  • Preferred: BA in field of assigned instruction or bachelor's degree with equivalent coursework and experience in the field of assigned instruction.
