Medical Registrar

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Registrar to join our team at TriStar Horizon Medical Center. As a Medical Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and verified.

• Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information, including demographic and insurance details.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments.
• Process patient charts according to established productivity standards.

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
