Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Wound Care RN to provide comprehensive wound assessments and plan of care for patients with medically complex conditions, general medical-surgical conditions, and rehabilitation and/or wound care needs.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clinical staff, physicians, and other members of the treatment team to provide high-quality wound care.
- Act as a resource for the treatment team and clinical staff, assisting with staffing as assigned.
- Train and manage Wound Care Team Members, including orientation, competency validation, and in-service training.
- Organize and direct the interdisciplinary Wound Care Committee.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program and proper licensure.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
