Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at La Farm Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for our customers.

• Provide world-class customer service and sales to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including equipment and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing the coffee station and performing side work.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of coffee and tea products, including flavor profiles and brewing methods.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea products, including flavor profiles and brewing methods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
