About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist I, CPT to join our team at Abbott. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical clinical expertise and support to our sales team, customers, and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our Chronic Pain Therapies products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance to our sales team and customers.
  • Assist Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities.
  • Integrate into all accounts, build trust and relationships, and establish strong rapport with customers.
  • Work seamlessly with Territory Manager(s) to increase selling time.
  • Foster high trust relationships with customers, including regional team members.
  • Conduct PCP work and educational in-services, as directed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associates Degree or technical certification; preferred Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years' work experience, strong preference collaborating with patients in a clinical setting.
  • The ability to communicate, understand, and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization.
