Join Our Team as a Weekend Caregiver

BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients, and we're seeking reliable and compassionate weekend caregivers to join our team.


About the Role

We're looking for experienced caregivers who can provide one-on-one care to our clients during weekend shifts. As a weekend caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, personal care, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Ensure clients' safe movement and navigation throughout the home
  • Work collaboratively with our office staff to provide high-quality care

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25, plus a $2.00 per hour incentive for Saturday and Sunday shifts. You'll also enjoy flexible scheduling, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k plan with employer match.
